About Crystal Springs
Welcome to Crystal Springs! Crystal Springs is a residential single family community comprised of over 460 homes located in Jeffersonville, Indiana developed by Crystal Springs LLC ranging in size and pricing with a very limited number of lots available for development. The development consists of 10 sections/phases including Crystal Springs, The Lakes of Crystal Springs, The Villages of Crystal Springs and The Gardens of Crystal Springs. The HOA Board of Directors is a seven person board and members serve two year terms beginning on April 1. The community is professionally managed by Omni Management Services.
New Crystal Springs homeowners are members of both a Home Owners Association (HOA) as well as a member of the Recreational Center, which includes a clubhouse, pool, tennis and basketball courts. Members have access to clubhouse rentals as part of membership for private parties, and events.
