Call for Nominations for HOA Board
You will be receiving a copy of these papers in the mail. The Board also wanted to post them on the website and send in email to ensure everyone has ample opportunity and notice to nominate yourself if you wish to run for the HOA Board. The terms are 2 years and there are 4 vacancies. See the attachments for further details.
Sign Up for Email Notifications
Omni has compiled the amenity survey results and the Board is reviewing the results. Some of the feedback received is that most residents prefer email for communication instead of website updates, so this Latest News link will not be updated as often as in the past. Don’t forget to sign up for HOA email blasts to stay in the loop. Please also check your spam/junk folders because sometimes HOA messages have been going there. Spring into Summer Bash
Thank you to everyone that attended the Spring into Summer Bash! It was a night of fun, filled with music, multiple inflatables, face painting, balloon animals, food, and most importantly hanging out with neighborhood friends and meeting new neighbors. We received a lot of positive feedback and are so happy the event was a success!
Amenity Survey–we want your input!
Homeowners were mailed an amenity survey to gather information to help us make decisions going forward. Residents began receiving these the week of April 19. If you do not receive one please contact manager@crystalsprings.club. We value your input and encourage you to fill out the survey. You may send completed surveys to manager@crystalsprings.club or turn it in at the Annual meeting on May 10, 2021.
Voting packet for new courts & loan
The Board met tonight and due to the issues with the voting packet for the new courts & loan (pages are illegible, confusing documents, late arrival, no place for address, etc), we decided not to use the current packet. Omni agreed to refund the HOA for the mailing.
The Board will develop a new questionnaire and voting packet that will be mailed out at a later date. The new packet will better explain the proposed new courts & loan, as well as additional questions to gain neighborhood input on other items. We will use the votes from the new packet to make decisions going forward. We will keep you updated regarding the new mailout when we have more information.
Yard Sale June 12
If you are doing some spring cleaning and trying to figure out what to do with items you no longer need, you may be interested in our neighborhood yard sale. The Crystal Springs community sale is the second Saturday in June. This year the date is June 12, 2021.
New Contact Info for Omni
We are transitioning to a new Property Manager within Omni. Her name is Alicia Reece. Instead of residents having to keep track of different email addresses when Omni personnel changes, a new email address was created and messages will automatically go to our current Property Manager. The new email address is manager@crystalsprings.club and can be used effective immediately. Please use this new email address for any questions or to report issues/concerns. Omni will continue to forward the Board any messages requiring Board approval/input.
